U18A AVS lock in Bronze Medal in Montreal Can/Am Challenge Cup!
The U18A Avalanche returned back to Ancaster from Montreal with a Bronze Medal!
Travelling to Montreal for the Can/Am Challenge Cup Tournament, the U18A Avalanche enjoyed beautiful Montreal both off and on the ice. They also competed in the skills competition, achieving 1st place in the 4 player relay race! After round robin play, they met the East Ottawa Stars for a second time in the Bronze match. An eventful end to the tournament with multiple overtimes (4V4, 3V3, 1V1 OT) clinching the bronze medal in a tight 4-3 overtime final during 1V1 game play. Congrats to all players & staff!
