U13A Coaching Announcement 2026-2027 Season
The Ancaster Avalanche are thrilled to welcome Laura Peever as Head Coach of U13A for the 2026-2027 season!
Laura grew up playing girls' hockey for the Peterborough Ice Kats and continued her hockey career at the University of Waterloo. Her lifelong passion for the game and commitment to youth development make her an incredible addition to the Avs coaching team.
Laura is currently a Physical Education teacher at James MacDonald Elementary, where she inspires students to lead healthy active lifestyles. She will also be running the dryland training program for the AAGHA, bringing her expertise in fitness and conditioning to help players improve strength, agility, and overall athletic performance.
We're excited to have Laura bring her energy and expertise to the U13A team next season. Good luck to Coach Peever and the Avs in 2026-2027!
