U15B Coaching Announcement: 2026-2027 Season
The Ancaster Avalanche are happy to announce another returning coaching- Kevin Koslowski! Kevin is currently the U15B coach and is proud to serve as Head Coach of the Ancaster Avalanche U15B team for the 2026–2027 season.
This will be Kevin’s 5th season as a Head Coach with the organization and he is deeply passionate about helping players grow—not only as hockey players, but as confident, respectful young people.
In Kevin’s words “As a coach, my priority is to create an environment where hockey is both enjoyable and meaningful, while reinforcing that success is earned through effort, commitment, and resilience. I believe in running meaningful, well-structured practices that meet players where they are and challenge them to continue developing their skills. Just as importantly, I believe that adversity and learning from setbacks are essential parts of growth—for both athletes and coaches.”
Kevin is very much looking forward to the 2026–2027 season and to building a positive, hard-working, and memorable experience. We wish Kevin & the U15B team all the best in the 2026-2027 season!
