The Ancaster Avalanche Girls Hockey Association Annual General Meeting will be held IN-PERSON on Tuesday, June 14th at 7:00pm at Morgan Firestone Arena. We will meet at the "glass room" located next to Arena B. If the future of the hockey association that you or your daughter represents is important to you, and you are free to attend, we would love to see you there. As a registered member of you have a voice in deciding the future of the association. 

NOTE: We are looking for a few vacant board member roles. If you would like to have an impact by participating in the board of directors, please put your name forward. The directors are tasked with creating a great experience for girls in our community as they build physical and mental strength through the game of hockey. If you are the kind of person who gets great satisfaction from the rewards that come from volunteering, please register your interest or contact our president at president@ancastergirlshockey.ca for more information.

The Director Roles that are currently needed are:

- Rep Convenors (2) - One for U9 - U13, and another for U15 - U18
- HL Convenors (2) - One for U9 - U11, and another for U13 - U18
- Sponsorship Director
- DS Convenor
- Communications
