Norm Cumming Receives Sports Volunteer Award

The 32nd Sports Volunteer Appreciation Banquet was held on Thursday, September 27th at the Hamilton Convention Centre, and members of the AAGHA were present to watch one of our own coaches receive recognition for his contribution. Norm Cumming received a Distinguished Volunteer Award for his years of commitment and positive impact on the hockey players that he has coached over the years. The banquet was well-attended, with Hamilton's Mayor Fred Eisenberger and other distinguished guests present, as well as a talk from the guest speaker for the evening, Canadian Women's Hockey Olympic Goal Tender, Sami Jo Small. 

We congratulate Norm for his Award, and thank him for his commitment.
